For parents who want their daughters to grow up confident and trust themselves before the world starts dimming their light.

Starts April 8th!

Small group workshop designed to help girls build confidence, inner self trust and courage to be themselves, and tools to navigate the inner critic and pressure they face today.

Imagine not worrying if your daughter will ever second guess who she is just to “fit in”.

These 6 weeks will show her how…

(Limited spots so each girl feels comfortable participating.)

Working with Allison has propelled me so far in my business! I truly feel I achieve so much more in a short amount of time just by working with her.

She draws the best out of you.

Thank you Allison for the change you are bringing to my life and my business!

Parents, you’ve seen her change…

She once felt bold and carefree and is now starting to question herself.

• She is looking outside herself for validation
• She is comparing herself to others and feels like she is missing something
• She is now second guessing herself and who she is and what she wants
• She won’t speak up afraid what people will think

• She feels pressure to “fit in” or be more then she is

Little by little, a pattern of self doubt is forming.

But here’s what most people don’t realize:

Because the brain is still developing during these years, the beliefs girls form about themselves can become deeply wired.

Without the right tools, many girls grow up believing they aren’t enough.

The good news is this:

When girls learn how their mind works early, confidence and self trust become the patterns that get wired instead.

Why This Is The Most Important Time To Build Confidence

Certified Life Coach
Motivational Speaker
Founder of the I Choose Me Workshops

I’m a wife, a mom, an almost 20 year entrepreneur, a professional photographer turned life coach, and a lifelong student of how the human mind works.

For nearly two decades I built a successful photography business working closely with families and children, and high school seniors.

Over the years my work evolved from capturing people’s lives through a camera to helping people transform how they experience their lives.

Today I’m a certified life coach and motivational speaker who teaches people how their thoughts shape their confidence, decisions, and the way they move through the world.

My second I Choose Me Anti Bullying and Mindset Workshop, where over 50 girls came together to learn confidence, self trust, and tools to navigate the pressures they face today.

Through my work I learned something important.

Most women spend years trying to undo patterns that started when they were young girls.

I know this personally.

When I was young I struggled with chronic anxiety and worry that eventually developed into an eating disorder.

For years I tried to fix the behaviors without understanding what was happening in my mind.

It took time and the right tools to understand those patterns and change them.

That experience became part of my mission.

To help girls understand themselves before those patterns get deeply wired.

Before self doubt becomes their inner voice.

Before they start believing something is wrong with them.

Girls don’t need to be changed.

They need TOOLS.

She will learn how to question thoughts that make her doubt herself, quieting the inner critic

She will understand why coping and numbing patterns happen and gain tools to handle overwhelm in healthier ways instead of falling into habits like doom scrolling, procrastination, or perfectionism.

She’ll feel more confident speaking up, sharing ideas, and raising her hand instead of staying quiet

She’ll learn tangible tools to handle fear, comparison, and the pressure to fit in.

She’ll know courage to trust her own voice instead of constantly worrying about what others think.

She will learn to understand and process her emotions and have tools to calm herself when she feels overwhelmed.

She’ll learn that confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you can choose at any time and build on.

She’ll stop believing she has to “fit in” and feel safe recognizing her differences are her superpower.

She’ll learn how to handle the bullies.

She’ll learn to develop a loving relationship with herself and her body.

She’ll feel supported by me and other girls who are learning the same tools and growing together.

She knows she isn’t alone.

What age group is this workshop for?

The I Choose Me Workshop is designed for girls ages 13 to 15. The conversations and tools are tailored to this stage of development so the girls can relate, participate, and feel comfortable sharing.

What if my daughter is shy or nervous about coming?

That is completely normal.

Many girls come into the workshop feeling shy at first. The space is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and pressure free so girls can participate at their own pace.

No one is ever forced to share, but most girls naturally begin opening up once they realize they are not alone.

What if my daughter misses a session?

Allisong highly recmmends to be at every session as each will build on the last and as we conintue on the group will beome more opena nd connected with that being said

Life happens.

All sessions will be recorded so your daughter can still watch the teaching and complete the worksheet if she misses a week.

How many girls will be in the group?

The workshop is intentionally kept small to up to 10 girls so each girl feels seen, heard, and comfortable participating.

Do girls have to talk or share?

Not at all. I will have plenty to share to engage for them to listen

Girls are always invited to participate, but never required to share. Many girls choose to speak more as they begin feeling comfortable in the group.

What makes this workshop different?

This workshop focuses on helping girls understand how their thoughts and emotions work. Instead of just telling girls to “be confident,” they learn simple tools and skills they can use in real situations to handle self doubt, fear, and pressure for the rest of their lives.

What is your refund policy?

To keep the group small and meaningful, all registrations are final and non refundable.

Each spot represents a seat held for a specific girl in the workshop. Once the group fills, registration closes so the girls can have a more personal and supportive experience.

If a session is missed, recordings and materials will still be available so your daughter can continue learning.

You want your daughter to see how special she is.

You want her to know happiness and joy.

To feel comfortable being who she is.
To know she matters.

And that kind of happiness doesn’t come from achievements, popularity, or getting everything right.

It comes from something deeper.

From trusting herself.
From speaking up when something matters.
From walking into a room knowing she belongs there.
From knowing she is enough, even when life gets hard.

Those are the skills that create a strong, joyful life.

But most girls are never taught how to build them.

This workshop exists to give her those tools.

Tools to trust herself.
Tools to understand her thoughts and emotions.
Tools to stay connected to who she is instead of shrinking or looking outside herself for validation.

Because when girls learn those skills early,
they grow into women who trust themselves and live with confidence, joy, and freedom.

A Final Note to you, the parents…
