The Burden of Leadership is Repitition

"The burden of leadership is repetition."

We are Philadelphia Eagles fans here and I heard Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni say this in a recent press conference, and I frickin’ LOVED it 😍—so, of course, I had to use it.

Because leadership—whether it’s in coaching, building a business, or developing a new habit—is about reinforcing the RIGHT things over and over again.

I know…

It can feel monotonous. It can feel mundane.

But repetition does three powerful things:
Creates momentum
Builds mastery
Creates winners

And guess what?

The first place you have to lead is YOUR OWN BRAIN.

Because your brain is already repeating things—every single day.

But are you repeating the thoughts that build the life you want… or the ones that sabotage it?

“I should be farther along.”
“I should know better.”
“It’s not working.”
“What am I missing?”

These thoughts? They will run the show if you don’t step in and lead your own mind first.

Success isn’t about having one big breakthrough moment.

I wish it was that easy…

Instead, it’s about INTENTIONALLY repeating the thoughts that fuel action, resilience, and momentum—until they become second nature.

Over and over and over again.

Train your brain to work for you, not against you.
Be the leader in your life by leading your own brain. 😍

I know this because I do this on repeat in my own life—and I help my clients do the same. 😊

Oh, and by the way...
GO BIRDS 🦅🦅🦅🦅

With all the love and a ton of momentum…
